About me: Johannes Faupel
I am a systemic counselor and communication developer.
This makes my systemic consulting and supervision unique:
Every person is unique: an entity.
That’s why I begin each consulting session with the attitude of not knowing.
This allows clients to articulate and formulate their concerns. It virtually challenges them to do so.
What makes me different from other supervisors and consultants?
I don’t work with disorder terms, but with a focus on competencies.
Psychotherapeutic diagnoses do not get my clients anywhere, so I work in a competence-oriented and solution-focused way
I work with clear goals
Every coaching session, every supervision and couples counseling session begins and ends in the same way:
The question at the beginning: “What unique picture, what result do you already see when we will have had a successful session together for you?”
Don’t confuse it with any mediocre ideas like “living conflict-free”. There is no life without conflicts, because life produces conflicts every day, every hour and every second.
Most of the time we are not aware of the conflicts we are trying to manage.
So it is worthwhile to dive deep into the phenomena of language and meaning.
The questions towards the end of the session: “What have you achieved regarding this picture? What should be added?”
This ensures that we always stay close to your issues. Each session is results-oriented. And if deliberation is to continue in decision-making phases, that is of course an outcome as well.
I am certified by the Systemic Society SG.
